This event will showcase the current plan-of-action to implement a NEB Academy Hub in Ukraine as well as highlighting the lessons learned from the "Rebuilding a Better Ukraine via the New European Bauhaus Academy (NEB Academy Hub Ukraine)” initiative. Attendees will meet key actors from Ukraine and across Europe in setting up the NEB Academy Hub in Ukraine, find what was learned in the initiative and what comes next, and participate in discussions that can refine implementation plan going forward.
This important event is a milestone in the project that was worked closely with key stakeholders and experts from Ukraine, trained future trainers on NEB topics, and delivered the initial pilot trainings to key audiences in Ukraine from policy and administration, local governments, construction professionals, creatives, and community representatives.
The event takes place on November 8, 2024 at the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Brussels and the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Slovenia to the European Union in Brussels, (Rue Joseph II 14, 1000 Brussels, Belgium). A livestream will be available for those that cannot attend in person. The presentations and discussions will be in English with translations to Ukrainian available.
